I have a Kelvinator KD12WW1 dishwasher and the bottom rack does not get cleaned. Please advise me on how to check what is wrong
Could it be that the float level is stuffed and it gets to much water in so that the bottom arm cant turn?

It's possible, but check to make sure a knife or fork or something is not sticking down below the lower rack and stopping the arm from turning. Turn the lower wash arm with your hand to make sure nothing is caught in there. A stuck float would probably not let the unit fill or drain properly.
