I have a kenmore 20.3 cu.ft upright freezer. Model 2539260411. Everyone says that there is a 9 volt back up battery but I can't find where it is. Can anyone tell me how to get to it. My alarm goes off tow or three times a day. Everything inside stays frozen rock hard, but I have to silence the alarm often
