I have a kenmore 800 series top load washer. I tried to wash but no water is in the washer. It performs the wash cycle and rinse but no water. can u help?
Turn off the water at each faucet and remove the hose ends from the washer--place the loose ends in a bucket or sink and turn one faucet on at a time. You should get a fairly large flow of water from each. If near zero, check the faucet end of each hose to look for plugged screens and for any kinks in the hose length. If water flows freely from each hose, then the water inlet solenoid valves in the machine may be inoperative. Open the top to get to the solenoids. Hope this helps!
