If your model has a thermal fuse, check it. Not all models do. Check wiring where cord attaches to unit. Make sure there’s 220 volts going to unit. If wiring and voltage is good, probably control board is bad. Elements could be bad but it’s unlikely both elements would go out at same time.

The first thing to check is the burner element if it is electric IF you could post the whole model number it would help.
