I have a kenworth t-660 with the 10 speed auto trans problems
I have a kenworth t-660 with the 10 speed auto that cant downshift from 10th to 9th on a grade and can not find a gear at all when slowed down to low range or lower than 10 mph.slams and bangs and lurches with engine brake in use at low speeds.whats going on, im stuck at home and resetting the ecu or computer thru the ignition doesnt help either.just cant find a gear to get to a shop!!!!!

If this is a ZF Meritor Trans and you have driven through Salt
remove the tailer cords from their plugs and clean out the corrosion
the corrosion causes the Tans ECU to go nuts.
if it is an Eaton unit it most likely needs a new XY shifter
