I have a kohler rdt-cfnc-0100b automatic transfer switch that wont turn on the generator when the power goes out. But I can turn it on manually and it works fine. It wont flip the solenoid

Sounds like the voltage sensor is either mis adjusted or burnt up. Also could be a wire disconnected on the voltage sensor board.
