I have a Krups F880 it's about 8 years old I trying to get hold of a filter seal or head seal gasket as it known (it's a 'O' Ring) and is flat on one side and rounded on the other, I have ordered one from a company, part number MS-0900684 but this seal is not thick enough and the water continues to leak from the head when I use the machine. Where can I get a seal that will fit

I have just bought one as I had the same problem.
Go to http://www.werl.co.uk/index.php It is the official spares and repairs site used by KRUPS and the seal only costs £1.37 incl P&P. I thought I needed to pay with a unique kind of credit card, but it actually accepts all cards for payment as usual. It will take 2-3 days to arrive. : - )
You could always try calling KRUPS 0845 7258588 and ask them (this no is for repairs). Hope this helps
