Carefully remove all of the paper that you see that is jammed anywhere first. Also open all of the paper drawers and remove any jams. Make sure there is no bent paper left in the tray. Open the doors on the copy machine and there is usually a series of knobs and handles that you can manually turn. These knobs ar4e usually bigger and a bright color. Follow the direction arrows and turn all the knobs, one at a time to manually move any paper that is stuck. If you hear paper thrashing around stop turning and see if there is anyway to remove it without tearing it further. A lot of the components can be pulled away from the copy machine so that paper can be taken out. Be careful though because the internal parts of a copy machine can reach 400 degrees or more and you can easily get burned. If you don't feel comfortable doing this part of the step than don't do it. Usually you will be able to turn the knobs to get the paper jam to feed through without having to open the components though.
Check for small pieces of paper. Sometimes tiny bits of paper or even paper dust can cause the copy machines sensors to misread or even cause a paper jam. Try using a duster or even just blowing a little near the paper feeds, copy glass, and where the paper comes out. Check the roller where the jam occurred to be sure none of the copier parts are loose or broken. The roller should be smooth all the way across with no possible snags Replace the cover and paper tray and turn the machine back on. this should fix the problem.
I have done that and can see no evidence of paper remnants, in case this makes a difference the jam only occurs on tray 2, it doesnt happen on tray 1 or bypass tray.

Start by making sure the power is on and the copier is plugged in. Check every step in the power chain.Make sure the paper tray has the right amount of paper.
Too much paper causes the machine to jam and too little paper causes a failure to feed.
Clear the copier memory. Turn the power off at the switch, wait about a minute and then restore power. Take a look at the toner cartridge and toner level, some copiers have multiple cartridge that must all be filled and in place for the copier to do its business. Also, clean the copier head for any dirt.
If none of these things work than you need to call a professional. Copy machines are very complicated and have lots of different parts that can cause a paper jam or it may even be a software issue in the copier that needs to be fixed. Remember internal copier parts also get very hot so sometimes it's best just to let someone who's trained do the job.
Take care.

Have you tried cleaning the second roller with a cloth? Please do not use paper towels or any kind of tissue paper to clean them.Have you tried cleaning the second roller with a cloth? Please do not use paper towels or any kind of tissue paper to clean them.

Make sure that you loosen up the rim of paper before putting it in the tray.
Just bend them from side to side.
