Report "I have a Lifefitness Treadmill model TR 9100, serial 381872. When I turn on the power switch, the treadmill does nothing. Nothing appears or lights up on the front console. I removed the motor cover and peered into the motor controller (part number AK58-00146-0004). When I turn on the power switch, I see a single digit led display flash through the numbers 8-3-1-0-4 in sequence then go blank. There are two indicator lights on the lower part of the PC board in the motor controller. The one closest to the LED display is red. The other is yellow. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? Can I get a service manual for the treadmill?"
