I have a Lucent Technologies Partner Mail VS System Release 5. Today, all of a sudden, I am unable to retrieve messages from our voice mailboxes. I am also unable to transfer calls into the voice mail boxes (I only get a busy signal). Can someone please help me?
Sounds like theres a posibility that the voice mail crashed. Can you access your personal mailbox? Also there are lights on the front of the voice mail card are any of them lit? Lastly, Is the date and time on the system correct or is it back to Jan. 1?
