I have a LX250, when I turn it on the blower does not start. The blower started once and the control panel was flashing heating. Then it just stopped and wont come on again

Usually its the fuse or the exhaust temp limit switch.
I notice on the schematic a "manual reset high limit switch" and a "fusible link". Can anyone clue me in on where these are located and how to get to them.
