Report "I have a madcatz dual force 3 control pad for my PS3. I had not used it in a while, then today when I tried to use it i forgot if there was something special i had to do to sinc it up to my console. i thought it may be like the regular ps3 control pad, hit the home button, then x but it doesn't work. i have it turned on, all 4 lights on front are blinking, the adapter that plugs into console is plugged in and the red l;ight is on solid. i lost the instructions and can't figure out what i am doing wrong.
