I have a Malita dual sliding compound miter saw LS1016LX. Trigger will not start saw after 5-10 cuts. When saw sits for 30 minutes, it runs again
Saw will run for five to ten cuts, then will not run for thirty minutes. Then it will run again. What is the problem?

I'd contact a Makita dealer. I've had this saw for years without a single misfire on the trigger. Could be heat related, but that's a stretch. Here's their contact information:
