I have a master built gas frier and just tried to cook a turkey and it didn't work. It took about three hours to come up to 360degrees. Put the turkey in and temp dropped to 225 and stayed there. cooked for 50 minutes took turkey out and finished cooking in oven. What went wrong!!???
