I have a mastercraft 55-6757-4 12" mitre saw that I need parts for. the handle that locks into the grooves for different angles is broken. can't find the proper part number
Contact the manufacturer and ask them to send you an exploded parts diagram and parts list.
Unless you are particularly fortunate you will find the saw is of generic manufacture that has been label engineered without much of a spares service, if any.
You will probably find it quicker and more convenient, perhaps even necessary, to either repair the existing handle or fabricate a new one.
