I have a memory craft 12000 and I have installed the software. When I try to send an embroidery design from my PC to the sewing machine I gat a communication error stating that I need to connect the usb cable. The cable is connected and I don't know how to get my PC to communicate to my sewing machine, is there something I need to do

Suggestion - Your usb cable need to be installed first and recognised by your pc as "your new hardware is ready to be used"
or if not, may need to reinstalled your software ensure your usb cable is connected as well.
