Hello !
when you will open all doors too remove the miss feed usually people forget one door to open let say this way. You will open the front door than you will open the duplex unit (if ti has one), than you will open the cover after the duplex usually here is the miss feed revolve the blue colored wheel in the front of the machine if you need to output the miss feed paper and than before you close all doors do not forget to open the door named [C] which is located under the fusing unit or under the yellow warning sign where writes something like " caution heat area please be careful to not burn your fingers" or something like that the door is opened by putting your fingers under the letter [C] and pull it your fingers towards you. Than you can close all the doors and the miss feed will reset.
