Report "I have a model 28 thermoelectric, when I turn the thermo to full cold I hear a clicking noise and the led lights flash along with the clicking...the fan slows way down. When I turn it to full hot the fan runs fast and the led lights work but I don't think it's heating. When I turn the lights on the fan slows down. Any suggestions?"
