I have a Model F-4181 (18" 3-blade fan) which appears to have a bad motor. The power switch does not activate the fanblade in any of the three positions. Also the motor shaft feels too tight when turned by hand. Since the fan is the best size for my use, can I purchase a new motor from your website? Thanks . . . . . Mike in Hilton, NY
