I have a Moen Two Handle Bath Tub Set (I think is the MontiCello Modle) the right handle does not stop at the close position and revolves 360 degree when turned. I have to find the appropirate position that results in the least amount of water escaping at the faucit. The handle has a slightly cracked plastic ridged sleave which goes into the handle. How do I get a replacement part?

You can get a replacement cartridge at any hardware store, such as Lowe's, Home Depot, True Value etc... You just have to know the name brand and type. But sounds like it is just the knob broken. You could get two knobs that match if you can't get one exact.
