I have a Moore O Matic XX 133 it hasa number on it 211201B. the unit stopped responding to the hand held remote control or the unit from the car. I bought a new clicker Model KLIK1U, and it still does not respond even when I change the code

The wireless receiver in the garage possibly need service.
your hand held transmitter is working but the receiver is not responding to the signal. I would contact the manufacturers tech support or a garage door tech to test and repair the wireless receiver.
