I have a moto e and the sound does not work for apps and audio it acts like the headphones are always plugged in it won't allow to through bluetooth either. I can't hear phone calls unless they're on speaker phone and I can't and they cant hear me unless I'm on speaker phone. tried doing the clear cashe in reboot screen did not work tried factory resetting did not work. any tips?
