I have a Motorola Talkabout T5710. I no longer hear what the other person is saying. I do hear a click and dead air when the other person presses the talk button. Can you help me? Everything else works fine.

Perhaps the privacy code has been changed on one of the radios? If you have a manual follow the instructions for setting the codes and make sure they are the same on both radios.
