I have a mp3 player i have ordered from amazon.com. A few weeks ago it has stopped working. I tried to plug it to my computer. The problem is it comes on but it wont let me go to the main main screen. All I see is the word "COBY" and nothing else happens. I thought that if i changed a battery in it, that it would be better, but it wasnt better. So what do I do about my player? Can this situation be fixed?

If the MP3 player freezes on COBY as soon as it is turned on, it means a corrupted file(s) has been transferred into the player. You will need to remove/delete the file(s) from the MP3 player by formatting the MP3 player.
Format the coby player ..plug in the player ..right click Computer,Select Manage,-->next go to disk management,and look up for your device name,next right click it and select format.
