Report "I have a napoleon wood fireplace, I just installed it in a fireplace. It seems like I can't get any heat out of it. I installed a cheminee liner up the cheminee. I think that the heatloss is going up the cheminee??? It is a older Napoleon, maybe 5yrs old. Glass door with gold trim. I have a hot fire but no heat. Burns fast and also using good dry wood.
