I have a natural gas eco Sense tankless hot water heater.I will turn it on and it will work fine. then I shut it off and if I turn it back on I will get an error code c2 will blink then 11. I will then turn it off, the keypad will reset to the temp. number, I will turn it on and get the same message. may after about 2 or three time then it will ignite and work

Try cleaning your spark rod inside the unit and the other rod next to the spark rod on the side of the unit. Takagi use a emery cloth, rheem brass brush, noritz a emery cloth. but make sure that both of the rods that are in the flame chamber are very clean. It miss reading because of build up on the rods.
