I have a Necchi Supernova Julia sewing machine, and unfortunately after 30 years of excellent service the needle clamp no longer works. The needle falls out now. My repair shop says it's impossible to find a used needle clamp, and it must be the exact match. While I'm at it, a girlfriend lost my box of accessories and cams when she borrowed it, and the manual as well. I still LOVE this machine, though. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is anyone parting out an old Supernova Julia? Thanks! Robin ([email protected])
I had what I thought was the same problem with my Necchi Supernova Julia 534. Turns out it was the needles. Buy a new package that you know are right and try them.
