I have a neovo f-419 and the monitor settings or options will not go away and keeps cycling through the options by its self can not get it to go away tryed unplugging and messing with all the buttons but no luck PLEASE HELP!!!

Unfortunately theres not much else you can do, unless one of the buttons is stuck and visibly pushed in further than the others, it looks as though the control chip for your monitor is malfunctioning.
I had the same problem. Spraying some switch/contact cleaner in through the holes the buttons sit in solved the problem within seconds.
