Report "I have a new 15,000 btu tank top heater. After I light the pilot flame and go thru the start up procedure the screen (head) does not glow bright orange and very little heat comes off it. The L shaped tubing at feeding the head glows quite a bit and the air rushing in the tube makes a swrrling sound. Am I doing somthing wrong with this at start up? thanks - Bill"
