Everything works fine but the motor wont move unless its hooked up to my drill battery, then it works just fine. the motor isn't getting the message to move. Its not the sensor, if I walk on the treadmill and move the motor the error code wont show up until I stop walking (no movement, error code pops up)I can raise and lower the inclined as long I am making it move. I did the calibration on it and it went all the way up and back down, no problems there. Fan works, speed and incline works, pulse works, programs work user 1 and 2 works. I looked at both boards and there is no indications of loose wires, melting or burning. I TOOK THE FUSE INTO AUTO ZONE AND HAD IT TESTED, BAD FUSE!!!!!I WENT TO RADIO SHACK AND GOT A PACK OF SLOW BURN 15 AMP 250V, GOT IT HOME, PUT IT IN IT WORKED!!! So ERR1 can also be the FUSE. I am amazed and very happy. Thank you 18 people that viewed my question, no need to hard reset!
