I have a new executive 56 and it keeps surging on low speed. I had it bench tested from distributor. It doesn't have an airlock. Testing at the board doesn't show any issues. Any Ideas?

Water pumps that have this indication suffer for restricted input flow of the water
if you are using a pool cleaner it could be a fault in that operation, or hose collapsing, or a problem in the filtration equipment
while you have had the pump bench tested you may have to get in the pool expert to determine the problem with the pump in operation
