Report "I have a new hayward 1.5 hp pump and just tried to turn it on for the 1st time this season. Pump hums for a few seconds does not rotate and then blows the fuse. What can i do? Is there someway that I can turn the shaft in the pump to get it moving again? Seems that it is pretty difficult to get to? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks Roy"
