I have a new (old) sunfire power chair that was sitting for a couple years. I just put in two new batteries and the joystick lights just scroll from left to right and will not run. horn works and that
Lights scrolling from right to left and the chair will not run. Not in neutral, checked the connections. put in brand new batteries.

Chair is in the neutral or freewheel position to allow for pushing the chair. Place each motor in the drive position and turn chair on again.
