I have a new Pantech laser. I want to personalize my contacts with a personalized ringtone. Can I do that? Also, I want it to not make the "click" sound when touching the unlock on the screen. I do not want to turn sound off, just the noise it makes

When you go to add contact or edit contant scroll down and you will see ringtone. Tap that and then chose where to get it. Normally audio, then pick out the one you want and save.
Here's a link to view your owner's manual for your phone. You may be able to find the information you need there. If not, contact your cellular provider and request Tech Support. They should be able to walk you through any process you need to program your phone to your specific needs.

i love it when you cant understand tech support. irritates the living day lights out of me. I too have not figured out yet how to do either of those things on my laser. Im trying to set pictures to contacts so when i add my "favorites" its not just a profile of a person. Do you know what i mean, i fell like im explaining that poorly.?
