I have a New Waterway tiny Might Pump on my spa. It seems to trip its internal overload every
Trips interal overload fter about 10 minutes of running. It is very hot to the touch. if I disconnect the unions water flows from it with ease.

This is an indication of a bad motor. You will need to change the pump.
