I have a new world gas range cooker,that uses electricity to ignite gas. The fuse blew i replaced the fuse in cooker plug. it blew again.There was a sml pop sound & sml flash from the knob panel

Sounds like a wire is hitting a metal object. Wire may be bare in that spot. God-Bless!
The best thing to do is take it apart and see, But if the fuse keeps blowing, there has to be a short some where.
