I have a newer low end danze tub faucet with the plastic knob you lift up to turn on and move to the right for cold and left for hot. The problem is it feels really sticky to move any direction. Is there some sort of lube you could apply or is the problem poor quality. Paid about $60 Thanks

Sounds like one of the packing nuts is on too tight ,yes you can buy lube for the rubber seals to help you, also could use petroleum jelly
