The display connector or the LCD is damaged. Here's how to check it.
Remove the battery cover and the battery.
Remove the front (A) cover by prying its sides with your thumbnail.
Remove the six screws using a T6 screwdriver.
Lift the board slowly from the housing.
Carefully disconnect the display connector from the board.
Release the locks of the display assembly and remove it from the board.
Check the display connector for any crack or damage. Replace it if any damage is found.
Press the connection between the display and connector to make sure it firmly fits in.
Reinstall the display assembly.
Reconnect the display connector to the board. Make sure it firmly fits in.
Reinstall and fix the board into the housing.
Install the battery and turn on the phone.
If no damage is found on the display connector but still there's no display, replace the LCD.
Replacing the LCD in this unit is an easy task, just follow the above procedure up to step #6 then remove the LCD from the frame and disconnect the connector. Connect the connector into the new LCD and install it into the frame. Proceed to step #9.
If the display connector and the LCD display are good but still there's no display, you have to have your phone checked by a qualified technician. The display IC is most probably damaged. Reheating it may resolve the problem, otherwise you have to replace it.
