A Converter hdtv box... is the SOOLUTION!!! try it..youll see!!! I had the same scan-turner problem with my Olevia "digital" Olevia tv!! Because I was curious i tried that to see what happen..and it worked!! Olevia tv fixed!!! Easy..your tv is not able to scan cahnnels...then, the solution is to plugging "a thing" that can do that: a converter box.
Tries unplug,replug the tv about an hour later let the tv reset itself.Tries set up and channels scan again.If,not work.Ur Tuner board have problems,it dead.
