I have a olympia werke ag wilhelmshaven typewriter! I'm not sure of the year or anything else about it because I found it in an alley in perfect condition, weird. Anyway! The ink ribbon is totally dry and I need to find a replacement. I'm not sure what type of ribbon to get though! Any suggestions!?

It would take the same as a GRC (general ribbon corp) T-5 or T-6 and make sure you cut the eyelets off at the end of each spool to prevent locking up ribbon on ribbon reverse operation. The Olympia machine ribbon reverse does not work of eyelet activation. These are German made machines and are built to last a life time.
