I have a pair of wrist watch freetalker walkie talkie. One works fine, calls the other and transmits perfectly well. The other however does not appear to join in. It receives the voice message from the first, but when you press the ptt button to call, it appears to call itself and not the other set. It's quite a conundrum. Could you help please?
Odd that it calls itself. I suspect a weak battery on the no transmit unit. Radios require a lot of power to transmit and little to receive. Even if the charger says charged, it is more often the battery than not. If you have the walkie hooked up to the transformer and try talking on it (not recommended) it still could be the battery. Other issues: liquid damage, dropped, etc.
