I have a Panasonic ES8243 and i jave had it on the charger for days now it wont charge i also have a light on looks like the head with a arrow on it. I just cleaned it really good and I just replaced the blades n the coils in February... HELP!!

Could be one of several things:
1) A bad charging cord (have it checked, or try another if you have one).
2) The rechargeable battery is simply dead.
3) The charging circuit is non-functioning.
It's rare that these devices are worth fixing...
