Most of the pellet stoves I have seen have a part that pushes air up in front of the glass. See if you have a part that you are not sure of where it goes. If you do, try it in a way to push air in front of glass. You may have to contact the company that produced it and get one from them. Another thought, there may be holes in the floor of the stove that have been plugged by ash or something. If there are, clean them out. Good luck...Lee
