I have a Pentair Master Temp 200. My pool tech fixed the E-05 error code a week ago. Now the amber heating led blinks for maybe 30 seconds but the heater doesn't come on and goes to the service heater mode

Take off he front panel so you can see the back side of the circuit board.
Turn it on and once it fails see what red lights are lit on the back of the board, this will point you in the right direction as to what needs to be addressed.
MY FILTERS JUST CLEANED LAST WEEKEND
ags stands for automatic gas shutoff, what sensor did you replace?
This issue is most likely caused by poor flow or the heater thinking it has poor flow due to a bad thermal regulator and or internal bypass.
There is a black cap with notches on the header of the heater, with everyhing turned off, remove the cap using a screwdriver sideways to get it started- beware it is spring loaded and will pop out one it is all the way Unthreaded.
If the spring or the regulator are rusted, corroded, scaled or beat up then this is probably the issue.
To confirm this is the issue you can simply put the cap back on and try to run the heater, if it works then you know you have found your issue. Do not continue to run the heater without this part as it will be very inefficient if you do.
