I have a polycom ip 501 and when it rings and I pick up the handset it does not answer the phone. I then press the answer button on the screen and it answers it on speakerphone. Can you help me change the setting?

There is a setting in the config files i beleive you can also go into the ip addrss of the phone and set it to auto answer or something
