I have a portable Thomson LCD DVD Player Model 3370 BS. I played one DVD. Since then with every DVD it comes up with an error message "no disk". Someone has suggested it has frozen and I need to get an "unlock code". Is this suggestion correct and where do i get the unlock code from? Cheers Bob

May I ask you first are the disk that you're trying to play are the same disk that you played before with the same player and works fine?IF yes then that is a lens problem .you can clean the lens first wit a cotton buds moisten with an alcohol and gently wipe it on the lens .
check the ribbon wire that connects t the lens and the CPU. replace it with a new one..
check /secure all the connectors from the board and to the mechanical system..
