I have a Porter Cable 352VS Type 4 sander which is in need of bearings. I can not tell how to remove the pinion gear (695738). I tried using a small pulley puller and it broke the plastic flange off. I do not see any type of set screw or snap ring. I did notice the pinion gear did wear into and melt plastic on the belt cover.
