I have a power chair by Drive Medical Design & Manufacturing. The chair goes in circles. I have had it in for repair, nothing is found. I get it back and the problem starts all over

Does your chair have the nine pin connector from the joystick to the rear of the chair? If it does have them replace the main nine pin harness in the base. this harness connects the batteries and the motors and supplies the power to your motors through the joystick. I have found these give the problem you are having yet doesn't give any errors that you might have a bad motor etc Fairly cheap fix harness should cost about $20.00 Hope this helps
