I have a power ware UPS 20 kva series 9355-20-n-0 it has got an error of heatsink temperature sensor failed which part is fixed so that i can remove it and fix it
Hi guys, I just replaced 40ah x36 batteries, 12v into 40kva ups. With my cal, it suppose to back for about 40min at 60% loading. But now my client said they only have 10min back up. What may be wrong? Please help out
