Report "I have a Presario V2000 (V2252US) that keeps crashing when doing Windows Updates either doing automatic (through the yellow shield by the system tray) or by using windowsupdate.com. I thought it was a specific update but it seems to not be the case. What is happeneing is the screen goes black and it is unresponsive. I have installed up-to-date video drivers thinking that could be it. I am not sure were to go from here. Windows has been reinstalled, twice now. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated"
